Getting your estate planning documents drafted is a great first start. Don't assume that because they're drafted they don't include anything that could cause you or your heirs stress or additional expense.
There's a difference between having your documents done and having confidence they accurately reflect your current wishes and don't include gaps that may unintentionally disinherit the people you care about most. We'll cover the common mistakes we see with estate planning and provide a checklist to attendees that they can take home to review against their current planning.
