I am excited to share that I have been named an Honorable Mention recipient for the 20th Annual "Invest in Others Awards" for my charitable contributions to the Iowa Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association and rural families facing the challenges of navigating a dementia diagnosis on the farm.
The Invest in Others Awards program recognizes the charitable work of financial advisors in communities across the country. My recognition stems from my role as a volunteer community educator and an advisory board member for the Iowa Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association. Additionally, I serve as a Dementia Friends Champion, training businesses to recognize signs of dementia in potential clients and customers, helping them become "Dementia Friendly." I also authored "Tending What Matters, a Financial Planner's Guide to Agricultural Families Navigating Dementia."

Each year, #InvestInOthers receives hundreds of worthy nominations, and Honorable Mentions are awarded for the significant contributions advisors make in their communities. I am proud to receive this recognition!
